David and Christine welcome you to their guest house located in the outskirts of Leighton Buzzard.
We are situated just north of the A505 close to the Leighton Buzzard narrow gauge railway station . The centre of Leighton Buzzard is only fifteen minutes walk and it is just fifteen minutes drive to Woburn Abbey and Whipsnade Safari park.
There are three rooms; two en-suite twin bedrooms and one single room with its own bathroom. All rooms have a television with a digital box, DVD player, radio/CD player, tea and coffee making facilities.
Breakfast time is by arrangement with our guests. A full english or continental breakfast is included in our tariff. Please notify us when booking if you have any special dietary requirements. We will then do our best to cater for them.
